Summer Paddling @ brookbank Carlisle

We at Carlisle have arranged a few dates for your diary
Courses - Based at Talkin Tarn
Half Day basic Instruction £20 includes lake access, kit and instructor
dates 8th May, 22nd May, 5th June
Water day at Talkin Tarn 13th June
we will be attending the annual water day at Talkin. there will be formal try it session lasting about 45 minutes, as well as the opportunity to try out lots of different canoes, kayaks, sit on tops and Stand Up Paddle Boards.
Evening Paddling
Bring your own kit and come out paddling with us for free, or hire some for the evening at £5 per person. we will be using the local lakes, tarns, rivers and Lochs for a couple of hours of informal paddling (no formal instruction given). if you are looking for any specific boat to try please give us about 10 days notice - but unfortunately we cannot guarantee we will have the exact model.
we will have a mixture of paddling kit available. dates near to the talkin tarn day will have a larger selection!

Meet at the shop to leave at 5:30, Own transport unless organised beforehand
One date will be at Derwentwater, but other locations remain flexible at the moment due to weather conditions, the detail will be finalised at 4pm on the day
